Alana De La Garza was born in 1976 to her Mexican-American father as well as an Irish-American mother. She has been a popular actress on TV. De La Garza, a Mexican American father and Irish American mother, was born in Columbus Ohio on June 26 the 26th of June, 1976. Within a short time she was moving to Texas to pursue her physical therapy degree at University of Texas. De La Garza stayed in Texas only a short time before moving to Orlando Florida. She took part in a wide range of acting roles, including local independent films and commercials. Despite the small parts, she realized acting as her true passion. Then she moved to New York in 2001 and got her first acting job as Rosa Santos on All My Children A daytime soap. Through the first half of 2000, her small parts were appearing on JAG Vegas and Two and a Half Men. In 2004, her debut big-screen series aired on The Mountain.
