When Andrew Pierce and Ashley Hudson first met in a church in Hamburg they knew they could not go to the other side. Ashley Hudson was 17 and had never been with a woman before, so they took their time. It was, however, romance at first sight. Andrew requested God, on New Year's Eve, just prior to the year's end, to grant him one more blessing to 2016. He wanted Ashley to say yes. Ashley really wanted to do an all-wooden wedding, as it represented Andrew and her. They incorporated their favourite items for their wedding. Ashley grew in the 40-acre land that was chosen for the wedding venue. Ashley knew the whole area, having walked through it and played on the land. Andrew and Ashley were also at the location many times before they began dating. It was important to personalize the event since Andrew and Ashley did the majority of it by themselves. Andrew and Ashley's Dad made their seating area as well as the arch used for the ceremony. Ashley painted many of the decors. Ashley claims that, without Anna's incredible floral design the wedding would not be as beautiful and intimate as I imagined. Simply stunning.
